Beach

This is the only picture I got of Katie:( At least she has a cute backside!

I LOVE the way Kaylee runs!

Emma is such a good auntie. She played with the girls the whole time.

Riley is even cute with her eyes closed!

I love her!

Lily made a friend at the beach ( i don't have pictures of them together) and they played and played with each other. Lily is so good at not being shy and making friends so easily. AND she is SO photogenic! Isn't she beautiful?!

My HOT Mama! I love the shot of the guy's butt right behind her.

Wild child
Katie and her girls came down to Sylmar for a couple of days while Michael worked on my parents roof. We had so much fun together and went to the beach one of the days.

We Moved! Finally!!!!

We finally found an affordable apartment to move into in Castaic, Ca. We moved on August 13 and we have loved being on our own so far! We still have much to do before we are finally settled in, but here is what has gone on so far.

My mother-in-law and brother and sister-in-law all came to help us moved in and clean up our apartment

Our friend Chris also came to help. He hauled a fridge up to Castaic in his truck for us and later transported our couches for us too. He is such a nice guy!

Our room after #2. I SURE love having an actual bed to sleep in

My sister-in-law came up here again, by herself, to help me even more with getting organized and moved into our apartment. She is always so sweet and so thoughtful. I am so blessed to have her.

Shane's Birthday

Shane turned 25 last Thursday!

Shane on his 4th birthday. Wasn't he the cutest thing EVER?

This card was from Micheline. She wrote on the front in French "A large amount of money awaits you in this card." The funny thing was it was true.

This is our wonderful Micheline. Isn't she so cute? She is a very good friend of ours and we love her as if she were our own grandmother

Johnathan's (Shane's brother) card to Shane.

Lego's X-Wing! Wahoo!

We played some ping pong later and Shane rocked everyone!

Micheline didn't play because she didn't want to have to put Shane in his place.

Work Trip

Shane had a business trip in LA and was put up in a hotel for the week. I got to go with him and I'm so glad I did. It was so nice to have a little relaxing time by ourselves for almost a whole week. We had lot's of fun together.

This was our romantic dinner at The Cheesecake factory. As the sun was setting, we looked out at the beautiful marina while we enjoyed our delicious (and free) meal.

4th of July weekend

For the 4th of July weekend, Shane and I decided to go to San Diego. We never had a real honeymoon and since this was the last 3-day weekend we would have before the baby would be here, we took one:) We had tons of fun! We went to Sea World on Saturday and unfortunately only took 3 pictures the entire time we were there. This is a picture of the dolphin show. They had some technical difficulties, which resulted in us watching this lady bird hang in the air for about 10 minutes before they finally called the show off. I was kind of funny. We were able to see a later showing and it was really neat.

Shane LOVES turtles! Mainly because of Teenage Mutant Ninja turtles:)

We thought this tree was AMAZING! It's trunk was just made of a whole bunch of branches. It was so weird!

Shane fell asleep at 8 on Sunday and was lying completely diagonal across the bed. I couldn't even sit in it. He eventually moved when I was ready to go to bed:)

We got to drive across this awesome bridge

On our way home on Tuesday we made a little detour to Leogoland! We have really wanted to come here to see the new Star Wars section. We found out that we could get a shoppers pass into the park for just a penny each that would allow us one hour in the park..

Chewbacca made entirely out of Lego's.

This is Star Wars Miniland. They had a whole bunch of Star Wars scenes set up. All of these things are made out of thousands of lego's. It was really neat to see.

Shane's favorite spaceship: The Millennium Falcon

The Hollywood Bowl

This is a lego model of Grand Central Station. Shane use to catch the train there everyday when he was doing his internship in New York.

We had to end with seeing Star Wars again:)

We had to pay $12 dollars for parking but if we spent $20 or more in the park our fee would be waived. So, naturally, we HAD to get a lego set which Shane put together soon after we got home:)
